Aleksandra Majkic

I am Aleksandra Majkic, a Diversity & Inclusion Expert Trainer and Keynote Speaker with 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with C-level executives, harnessing the power of diversity to drive success in progressive organizations. As a trainer with a deep understanding of both business dynamics and human potential, I have achieved remarkable milestones by strategically partnering with organizations to meet their Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) goals, enhance women’s leadership skills, and drive cultural transformation.

My impactful training programs educate over 1,000 individuals annually, fostering significant progress in the new era of leadership. My unwavering commitment to closing the gender gap has led to substantial improvements in team dynamics and organizational effectiveness of my customers. As a dedicated change-maker, I help clients create a lasting impact on their talent, culture, and their individual progress.

My Story

Graduating from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, I confidently declared, “I will never work in IT.” How wrong I was. Entering the high-tech world opened countless perspectives, allowing me to work with people from around the globe and deliver top-notch solutions across various industries.

However, I often found myself as “the only” – the only woman at the negotiation table, the only woman leading the development team, the only woman among the C-suite executives. Every day, I attended meetings and made decisions as the sole woman “at the table.”

Then one day, it hit me: many decisions were made even before these meetings happened. This realization left me feeling excluded, less respected, and frustrated. This spurred me to delve into research and learning about gender inequality and bias in the workplace.

Finally, I discovered how to navigate the unwritten masculine and feminine rules, break the bias, and help more women rise to leadership positions around the world. It’s my mission to bring more diversity to the decision-making positions.
